Taking Control of Your Diabetes is honored to work with a myriad of other organizations, companies, institutions, health systems, government agencies, diabetes bloggers and online communities serving people with diabetes.  We are in this together. 

On both the national level and city-by-city, TCOYD reaches out to everyone we can to provide TCOYD members and TCOYD conference attendees information on diabetes resources available in their geographic area.  Except for our headquarters in San Diego, TCOYD is physically present in cities across the country for only one day a year.  We are eager to make sure PWD are connected to the support groups, advocacy organizations, providers, research institutions, and local education opportunities available to them wherever they are. 

To the TCOYD community, get involved!  Join hundreds of thousands in rides and walks to advance cure research; know the issues, and communicate with your representatives about legislation that affects people with diabetes; mentor a child with diabetes; network with other PWD online.
