Extreme Diabetes Makeover 

Extreme Diabetes Makeover (XDM) is our groundbreaking online reality-based series that is showing the non-diabetic world what it is really like to live with diabetes, and is a comforting eye-opener for the millions of people who are living with diabetes and seeing that they really aren’t alone.

XDM is available for viewing on TCOYD.org, with new episodes, bios and tips being added weekly. It is also showing on RealAge.com, a top-of-the-line consumer health website. XDM follows seven people with diabetes, two with type 1 and five with type 2, who worked with a “Dream Team” of diabetes professionals, assisting them in their journey to take control of their diabetes and change their habits.
