Michelle Day
Director, Meeting Services
Michelle Day oversees TCOYD event planning, from booking conference space and hotels, to sound systems and banquet lunches. She also manages logistics for the hundreds of speakers that come out to TCOYD conferences and volunteer their time and expertise.

With a background in hospitality, Michelle has traveled the world working for the Hilton Corporation and Club Med. In 1994 she graduated from Toronto's York University with an honors degree in dance and psychology, and spent the following few years as a professional dancer with various contemporary ballet troupes in Canada. Michelle is a certified aerobics instructor and leads TCOYD conference activity sessions on occasion.

Michelle engineers the flow of TCOYD's day-long events - orchestrating details to enable conference participants to move smoothly between seminars, workshops, lunch and activity sessions at conference locations throughout the country.
