Low Carb Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:

  • 2 (12 oz) bags riced cauliflower, fresh or frozen
  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium lemon (zest and juice)
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
