DONATION REFUND POLICY

Donations are refundable provided that:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the donation.
  • The refund request must be submitted in writing to: TCOYD®, 990 Highland Drive, Solana Beach, CA 92075 and must include the date, amount, method of payment of the donation, and the full name and address of the donor requesting the refund.

DONOR PRIVACY POLICY

We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.

This policy applies to all information received by Taking Control Of Your Diabetes® (TCOYD®), both online and offline, on any Platform (“Platform”, includes the TCOYD® website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

All Exhibitor/Sponsor/Advertiser applications are subject to review and approval by TCOYD®. Exhibitors/Sponsors/Advertisers shall be limited to those companies or other entities offering materials, products, or services of specific interest to TCOYD® attendees that are in alignment with the TCOYD® mission. TCOYD® reserves the right to determine the appropriateness and/or eligibility of any product or service displayed or promoted.
