It seems we’re always told we’re supposed to drink a bazillion glasses of water a day, but let’s face it, water is not the most exciting beverage on the planet. Infusing it with fruit and herbs is a great way to stay hydrated, and a simple way to add a hint of flavor without a lot of added sugar, artificial flavors, or calories.
Ingredients:
- Sparkling water (flavored, if desired)
- Fresh herbs (mint, dill, rosemary)
- Fresh berries/citrus (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, lemons, limes, oranges)
Directions:
Simply add your favorite combination of herbs and fruit to sparkling water, add some ice, and enjoy! I used a combination of mint and strawberry to create a refreshing and flavorful sip. As eye-catching as a cocktail, but without the calories or hangover! Although we aren’t opposed to spiking the water…
