This sangria recipe is light and refreshing, without all the sugary ingredients!


  • Red wine of your choice
  • Sparkling water (flavor recommended – cherry, raspberry, or strawberry)
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon
  • Liquid Stevia 
  • Ice


  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Slice lemon and lime into wheels and place into glass.
  3. Pour wine into glass until half full.
  4. Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water.
  5. Stir in 1-2 drops of Stevia to taste.
  6. Enjoy!
