Type 1 Elite Powerlifter Turns Pain Into Purpose

Chris Ruden was born with only two fingers on his left hand and a shorter left arm, and when we was 19 years old he was diagnosed with T1D. Despite his challenges he became an elite powerlifter and an advocate for the power of a positive mindset in overcoming any limitation.
